This tag is ideal for Mount-on-Metal high temperature applications. The tag can operate in temperatures up to 210C and can also operate in serve conditions such as acid cleansing.

Dynasys Mount-on-Metal RFID packaging technology is based on EPC Gen 2 integrated circuit (IC) chips from US-based Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI).

RFID with Texas Instruments is your assurance of the highest level of read reliability possible.

Dynasys’ tag is the first practical UHF Gen 2- EPC TI-RFID tag available for the normally difficult application environment associated with metals. Normal UHF transponders can suffer pronounced reductions in read-range performance when attached to metal due to the fact that the UHF signal is drastically attenuated by the metal surface.

Texas Instruments TI-RFID Gen 2 silicon is developed on the most advanced analog process node at 130 nanometer. TI silicon has a built-in Schottky diode for more efficient conversion of RF signal energy, resulting in chips with low power consumption and increased chip-to-reader sensitivity.

  • Dynasys mount-on-metal UHF Gen 2 tag technology operates effectively with a very good read range, especially when attached to metal.
  • Users can also write to the chips under the lowest RF power conditions in spite of background electromagnetic interference (EMI) common in typical supply chain factory floor and warehouse environments
  • Optimized chip-to-reader sensitivity. Results in the ability to more accurately track products and packages at all points throughout the supply chain operations and improve process flow.
