Shipping Policy:
Shipping charges for Dynasys are FOB plus a small handling fee and can be charged to your UPS (Overnight, Second Day Air, Three Day, Ground)
or FedEx (Next Day Morning, Next Day, Economy) account. Otherwise, shipping is charged to your account or to the
credit card that the order was placed with.
Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will usually ship the same day. Printers and printer consumables are expensive to
ship overnight and second day services. We can ship partial orders overnight to help cut shipping costs.
Return Policy:
RFID products are frequently purchased for experimental or evaluation purposes. For this reason, Dynasys considers all RFID orders NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
If you are unsure of the product that you are considering, please call your Dynasys Sales Engineer for assistance.
All RFID products that are defective must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and must have an RMA
(Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Repair Procedure:
Contact Dynasys customer service department at (727) 443-6600 and request an RMA number. Please have your customer ID number and Dynasys part
number ready. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. You must include mfg's orignial packaging, both inside and outside. All returns must be complete with all manuals, cables,
warranty cards, static bags, etc., just as the product was received.
